Vitals is a simple app that allows users to easily determine age and gender specific z-scores and/or percentiles for height, body mass index, heart rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure.
Height and weight z-scores and percentiles are derived from open source data published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Blood pressure z-scores and percentiles are derived from open source data from "The Fourth Report on the Diagnosis, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure in Children and Adolescents" published by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, National Institutes of Health, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, NIH Publication No. 05-5267
